Infrastructure Inspection
Inspect property, buildings, and site infrastructure with structured drone capture for real-estate review.

Real-estate infrastructure inspection uses drones to document buildings, roofs, exteriors, access routes, and site services that affect property condition and value. The course explains structured capture for listings, due diligence, and maintenance review, including how to plan orbits, elevations, and close visual passes around occupied sites. Learners focus on methodical imagery, condition notes, and handover of inspection sets. Practical work is operational and visual. The course does not replace a registered property valuer, structural engineer, or building inspector, and it does not authorise access to restricted sites.
This course covers drone-based inspection of real-estate assets, including roofs, facades, grounds, and on-site infrastructure used in property assessment.
