Build practical engineering and maintenance skills for drone systems, components, and diagnostics.

Drone technical engineering and maintenance focuses on the platforms, components, and systems that make professional aircraft operational. The course covers airframes, propulsion, flight controllers, power systems, and diagnostic practice. Learners work with the engineering mindset needed to assemble, inspect, and maintain drone systems. Practical emphasis is on component familiarity, fault-finding approach, and maintenance workflows. The course does not claim manufacturer certification or aircraft airworthiness approval.
Learners study drone platforms, flight systems, and maintenance practice, including technical assembly, component familiarity, and keeping professional systems operational.
After working through this course, learners should be able to:
The curriculum is organised into modules. Lesson content will be delivered in a later learning platform phase.
